The downloadable file seems to be identical with the original uTorrent, but it may be added with a trojan/malware later on.I don't think there will be any action by reporting them to anywhere else other than this site. Google may only take reports when it involves its name. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission), which Google recommends, won't do s**t either since uTorrent is a freeware. I think the best way is to list all the scam URLs into a page accessible from the front page and also make sure that THAT page will be cached by Google and by other web spiders.
