Mike Crab
Where is the "Update in: <time>" on uTorrent 1.8? In 1.7.7 was in RSS Downloader, now I can't find this.
thelittlefire
There isn't one.
Flippie
you can still set the update interval time (in minutes)Options -> Preferences -> Advanced -> rss.update_intervalThat is the time in minutes that it will take between the rss updates
Mike Crab
Thanks guys, i've already changed the update interval. The reason why I wanted too see the "Update in" is to know how many seconds are left to update automatically, so I don't have to update manually when I see some new stuff that I want to download faster then the others. Ultima
Feeds are updated individually, so a global update countdown doesn't make any sense, really.
thelittlefire
Also note that uT 1.8 (now, apparently.. change from 1.7) obeys <ttl> in your feed.. so if it DOESN'T update, open in a real reader, view source, check TTL, ask site to decrease it
crowman
So , if a RSS feed has a ttl of 1 (local generated feed) why not obey that ? ;(
thelittlefire
Minimum update rate of 5 minutes... hard coded. Dunno about the supercession. Why don't you test yourself and tell them what cases don't work, heh.
