GTHK Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 Trackers being offline might be a network/communication issue, also check Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > System and see if you have a lot of event ID 4226's at the time of the tracker issues.
