"Waiting to log-in"

I just downloaded the software but I can't log-in. At the very bottom appears DHT: waiting to log in followed by a yellow triangle and D: 0.1 kB/s T: 18.2 kB.

I've tried to check if the port is open, but it appears ERROR, Port 10472 on 77.198.... does not appear to be open

What happens? What can I do? I'm desperate

Make sure you've set things up accordingly -- especially the NAT issues section. If nothing helps, do tell us what router, modem, and firewall you're using. You need to forward the port for TCP and UDP.
