thelittlefire Posted September 13, 2008 Report Share Posted September 13, 2008 Uhm, try Ctrl-P > Advanced > Disk Cache en-able Windows Disk Cache bypass for Reading and Writing.Since it doesn't appear to be uTorrent, it's probably Windows faulty RAM management when downloading or uploading really fast (> 3 MByte/sec).
