moogly Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 Forward port in your modem/router.Go to the modem manager and forward a range or a specific port.try http://192.168.1.1/ to access on modem manager.
schumacherfan Posted September 14, 2008 Author Report Posted September 14, 2008 "Forward port in your modem/router."and how do i do that? (im useless with this if u didnt guess..)
moogly Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 First step, post the name of your modem. After you are in the modem manager (try http://192.168.1.1/ OR specific software relative to your modem on your computer OR google it), go in tab "LAN servers" or something with a similar name. Then write 2 rules (TCP & UDP) for port forwarding relative to uT.Enter the same specific port (port number >30000 or a range as you want) for uT in each rule.Enter the local IPv4 of your connected computer such as 192.168.1.10 or .12 (see task bar in Windows). In addition, if you have forwarded only ONE port, unselect "random port after each uT restart" in uT settings and enter the number previously given. In option, verify that your firewall has a rule for uT.
