BurnOmania Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 Yest. I migrate to the latest BETA build 12183. So far.. so good, very stable for me. The only thing i have issue with it's the "write DefaultIcon for .torrent association" option added since build 12154. I don't really like the default icon, so I set a new one through Folder Options -> File Types.... afterwards, each time i'm restarting the client he's asking me to set "Associate uTorrent with torrent files" ... choosing to Associate bringing back the default uTorrent icon.Sorry for my bad en., is there any solution how to force uTorrent stop changing the Icon besides disabling "Check association on startup" or/and "Associate uTorrent with torrent files"???Thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Greg Hazel Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 If you place the icon in "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\uTorrent" where settings.dat is, and call it "maindoc.ico", then press "Associate with .torrent files" in uTorrent, it should work.Let us know if it doesn't.
