billiejoex
As explained in the subject I'd like to set 80 as TCP port for incoming connection because my ISP seems to slow down all the traffic not destined to the "well known ports".I was wondering if there are clients out there which don't like to connect on sensible ports like 80.I just don't want that could cause a decrease of peers to download from. Thanks in advance
thelittlefire
Some clients including uTorrent can include a feature to NOT connect to certain peers on certain ports. Theoretically though it doesn't matter which port you're using as long as it is forwarded and receives incoming data.
