Switeck Posted September 18, 2008 Report Share Posted September 18, 2008 No, you may in fact typically get less than max download manager rate.However, you may still regularly get 40 KiloBYTES/second download rate from well-seeded torrents.2nd link in my signature -- make sure you set uTorrent correctly based on your max sustainable UPLOAD speed, which is probably less than your max download speed!
