fivos Posted September 19, 2008 Report Share Posted September 19, 2008 Well I dont know if this should be considered as a problem, but I just noticed that with μtorrent 1.8 (build 11813) after setting upload bandwidth from unlimited (actually from 27KB/sec that my connection allows for upload) to 10KB/sec , the download speed dramatically increased! In fact when upload is set to unlimited, I get a download rate of 15-25KB/sec. After setting the upload limit to 10KB/sec the download rate reached 85kB/sec (even peaked at 93KB/sec)!! Everything is OK with μtorrent, green light is on, connections forwarded, properly tuned the DSL router and connection (or I believe so, since previous versions of μtorrent worked well and I am using the same settings).Anyone else has noticed that?
