sqa83 Posted September 23, 2008 Report Share Posted September 23, 2008 Hello , I have been trying to figured it out by my self but still no luck, im currently using uTorrent 1.8 , the problem is, it never turned green although i turn off the firewall (windows+comodo) , currently using Billion router (but turn off all the packet filter)whats bothering me is my room mate can have DL up to 600Kbps while i only get 30kbps max XD and we use different portwhat should i do ???
