Switeck
Wireless internet ISPs usually give a permanently firewalled LAN-only ip.You probably have 1800 kilobits/second download speed...which is only about 180 KiloBYTES/second usable download speed for files. Note the difference in units.2nd link in my signature for choosing uTorrent settings, based on your max sustainable UPLOAD speed. You can try the long troubleshooting guide (1st link in my signature), but understanding the above first may save you the trouble.
