Switeck Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 Rogers Cable ISP is a horrible "ISP" that cripples BitTorrent -- they try especially hard to prevent uploading.Try the 2nd link in my signature.It gives suggested settings for uTorrent based on your max sustainable UPLOAD speed.You'll need to set it lower than your supposed upload max, because your ISP probably won't let uTorrent upload much faster than 30 KB/sec except to other Rogers customers...and maybe not even that during peak hours!
