Hi e1, I am a bit new to this.

My question is how do I go about "renewing client"

Reason, I have upped and seeded but the site I am doing this at show no ratio even though utorrent clearly show my ratios for each file currently in play.

The Site Mods said to "renew my client"

What is Renew Client and how do I do that?

I have updated all trackers and rebooted and still the site show ZERO's for ratio.

how do I get Utorrent to convey the ratio to sites?

If after updating the tracker AND rebooting the computer the ratio stats still show zero, then there is a problem with the site.

And if you're using a version other than 1.8 or the current 1.8.1 RC, we don't support you.

This is proper and addresses the issue as posed to me by the site as to "Renew your client"?

Right clicking on the torrent, and "Update tracker" sounds like the only thing one can do to renew your client.

You can post there and link them here surely Someone with a bit more descriptive knowledge of what is failing would be helpful. The way your data from uTorrent gets sent to the site happens DURING the "update tracker" periods. That is when you "announce" your stats and it hopefully receives them. Apparently the site is not getting your stats. Are you a member of more than one site which does this.. to check if it's isolated to the one site?

Do you see alot of http://utorrent.com/faq.php#What_do_the_red_icons_mean_on_the_torrent_status_icons.3F in your view? If you click on the "Trackers" tab, and look at status what does it say? (For exact messages if you could temporarily go into Preferences and change to English it would be most helpful)
