Switeck
Shouldn't the swarm speed as a whole be faster than your download speed?I need to know more about your situation before I can say if 50 KB/sec download is "normal" for you.Have you upgraded to uTorrent v1.8.1?What is the speed of your connection, both down and up?What settings are you using, as shown by Speed Guide (CTRL+G)?Have you changed any advanced settings? thelittlefire
You don't use 100 Mbit when you only upload @ 5 Mbit speeds. Lower the speeds, your upload was likely killed by all the overhead.

Switeck
2nd link in my signature gives suggested settings for uTorrent based on your max sustainable UPLOAD speed.Choose no HIGHER than 5 megabits/second upload settings!Make sure your upload speed is REGULARLY sustaining the upload max you told it to use!...Otherwise, you may still have it set too high.
