mishkin11 Posted October 3, 2008 Report Share Posted October 3, 2008 over the last few days i've encountered ongoing (and gradual) decline in my DL speed, from around 300KBps to as low as 20KBps (per download- the overall download speed can be rather high). i have tried changing my port, tweaking my settings and forcing encryption... the odd side effect is the following- my browser and email tended to go slow while download was in progress. now they work as fast as with non, even when download is taking rather alot of bandwidth (downloading 4-5 files simultaneously)any suggestions?
