vivekmathew Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 i am using utorrent...it seems there is somethin wrong with my network system as i can see there is an icon on the bottom side of the mutorrent page "a red exclamation mark"..it means tht a firewall or router is restrictin my connection....wen i try to check if my ports are forwarded i get this messageChecking port 17804 on 89.211.5.4...Error! Port 17804 does not appear to be open.Please see www.portforward.com for more information about how to map a port.Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5). please help me overcome this problem and get maximum download speeds..my router seems to be D Link 2540T router..please someone help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
