Not Connectable: A Firewall/Router is limiting your network traffic

I found a red exclamtion mark in the utorrent application box, was at the bottom middle status bar.

my downloads are very slow all of the sudden. Limited to like 2.0kB/s, it says :

''Not Connectable

A Firewall/Router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open a port so others can connect to you''

PLease help asap

Test the port via Speed Guide

and open if not.
