ElvisGraton
I've been using uTorrent for a couple of years now with no problems. Since a week or so, when I'm uploading torrents and I have no torrents that are downloading, uTorrent indicates that it is downloading over 10kB/s. It's mostly around 10kB/s but it can go up to 40kB/s. If I cap the download limit between 0 and 4, my upload almost stop (from 80 kB/s to ~1-2 kB/s).Anyone have an idea why it is downloading so much and what it would be downloading when all my torrents are completed? Is there a way to fix this? thelittlefire
Make sure you're viewing ALL torrents in the Category pane (F7) to see all torrent activity. Also your bt.connect_speed and net.max_halfopen can contribute to unexpected overhead. Switeck
1st and 2nd link in my signature.1st one is for troubleshooting, and tells you what information you'll need to give us if the problem isn't solved quickly.2nd link gives suggested settings for uTorrent based on your max sustainable UPLOAD speed.Make sure your upload speed is REGULARLY sustaining the upload max you told it to use!...Otherwise, you may have it set too high.
