For example, there might be a total of 6 seeds and 12 peers and i cannot connect to any of them. If i can, it often takes a very long time. This has been a very recent observation, could be a passing issue, but i wonder if someone can give me some early troubleshooting solutions.Thank you.(windows xp, utorrent 1.8 used)note: torrents that belong to a certain tracker seem to behave very badly and generally show no peers at all (when there should be many). This seems very odd, because the community that uses that tracker and torrent files is not expressing any problems on their end.
