NOD should have options to make an exception for active scanning while downloading...

And you really should uninstall Zone Alarm. Search up top should help you with either suggestion.

Other than that I don't see anything obviously blocking your download. http://utorrent.com/faq.php#I_get_Error_Access_Denied_and_.C2.B5Torrent_halts_the_torrent

Do you actually have write permission on the folder you're trying to save to?

DWK has a point... Go to General tab, Save As, where are you trying to save?

@thelittlefire..i am saving it to drive d. my drive d is another partition..is this a problem?

If you don't have write permission, you can't save there. Nothing to discuss.
