ladykin Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 i need help plz i recently added a torrent but it's really slow doesn't give more than 1 kb/s download speed and most of the time it just doesn't download at all i got 1 seed , 0 peers and the port is opened(i have the green mark with the tick in the middle) i've got 4 trackers 3 working and 1 offline(a short while ago it was also working but even back then the problem was exactly the same) i dunno what's the problem maybe because the torrent that i'm downloading from btjunkie has originally 8 seeders and 2 leechers?..and my internet speed is 512kb/s Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Switeck Posted October 11, 2008 Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 1st and 2nd link in my signature.1st one is for troubleshooting, and tells you what information you'll need to give us if the problem isn't solved quickly.2nd link gives suggested settings for uTorrent based on your max sustainable UPLOAD speed.Bad settings may work ok with many torrents...then cause all kinds of problems on very busy torrents.
