If this is what you mean ^^

As for the logger tab, have you been switching back and forth between 1.8.1 and an old versions?

Yes, today i started using the newest version, because i thought this problem will stop if i start using 1.8.1... :/

Tried everything, and still won't work. :(

# Restart µTorrent, your computer, modem, and/or router after performing any of the suggestions below

Done that...

# Try lowering net.max_halfopen to 8 or lower (Can be found in Preferences > Advanced)

It was already on 8, put it on lover, and didn't work...

# Try disabling IP resolving in the Peers tab's context menu

How?

# Try disabling DHT (Can be found in Preferences > BitTorrent)

It was already disabled...

# Try disabling UPnP and NAT-PMP (Can be found in Preferences > Connection)

I disable NAT-PMP, and nothing happened, UPnP was already disabled...

# Try disabling peer.resolve_country if it isn't already set to false (Can be found in Preferences > Advanced)

It was already set to false...

# Try lowering maximum global number of connections to 200? 100? 50? Lower? (Can be found in Preferences > BitTorrent)

It was set on 200, 50 and 4...

# Try patching TCPIP.sys (Windows XP w/ SP2, Windows 2003 w/ SP1, or newer)? Windows Vista users can try this out, but no guarantees are made. Users not on Windows XP w/ SP2, Windows 2003 w/ SP1, Windows Vista, or newer can skip this step.

Done that... Even if I don't know what is this ^^ :(

Color of the network status light is green all the time.

SpeedGuide:

speedguide438x418ke6.jpg

net.max_halfopen is set to 8

Using Windows XP, SP2

Security software installed- only firewall, but it's disabled.

Modem Model, I dunno, is that important?

Conection type is cable. Speed test:

I hope, I've done this right (provide you with informations :|) ...

So yes, it's an issue with TPB. As I've mentioned earlier, TPB's trackers are known to be unreliable/overloaded. Just be patient. Clearly, if they're still being used, then their trackers must be up at least some time of the day. For when you can't find any peers, DHT may help.
