It's offen this software that interfers with uT (search across the board you will find offen this pbm).Surely process RoxWatch10.exe.Before uninstalling Roxio completely in last solution, you can go in Process Manager of Windows and kill alternatively each Roxio process to see if they impact uT.But if you dont use this boatware, uninstall it.
