rgb Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 Hi,I was downloading and after 51%, it stopped downloading. I have not changed any settings.There is a ! mark at the bottom of status bar. I tried stopping starting the download. every time it starts show as downloading. however, it becomes 0.0 kb/s and uploading also stops.There is no firewall other than windows firewall whoch has been disabled long time ago. I also reset the modem as one of the threads suggested. still no download.The message i get when i place the mouse on the ! is that " No incoming connections, unless the Icon Turns Green, could indicate the problem with network configurations" also Port open test failed.I have Modem: UTSTARCOM WA3002GA Wifi Modem in wired connectionPlease assistRegardsRGB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
