No peer connection

Can Someone please help I have issue w/ Utorrent 1.8.1 final version.

I use WRT54GL router config the forwarding port correctly. The Download is perfect. Just the upload.

I am using private tracker.

I set my upload to 180kB/s and my max upload speed is 250kB/s.

Here is the problem

1.) I can't connect to peers 0(25), great connection to seeder 3(3).

They show lots of peers in peers Column, but no connections to them. The Connection is always 0.

2) After finish download, I seed. There are only so few are connected/download from me - like 1 out of 20 1(20).

I have my Number of upload config to slots per torrent = 50

Maximum # of connected peers per torrent = 500

What internet security software?

How did you determine that your max upload speed was 250kbyte/sec?

I use outpost & kaspersky 7. But I already config to allow utorrent to pass w/o restriction.

I Use the speed test. I can upload 700mb to rapidshare 260kB/s & I use emule to upload w/o cap @ 260KB/s.

upload limited = 180KB/s

Max Download rate = 0

Global max # connection = 300

Maximum # of connected peers per torrent = 80

But there's no connection w/ peer even the peers column said 10 = 0(10)

Very slow seeding & little connection to share.

Have you tried openoffice torrents to test connections yet?

What do you mean? If download the file to check my real speed?

Just tried it - Lots of seeding - Download speed is 1.5MB/s & only 2 peers connection @ 5KB/s.

It's easy to connection to seeds but almost impossible to connect to peers.

Seeds = good connection. peers = almost no connection. = Why??

Yep it's a solution to dwl legal content and test your settings !

In addition everybody can dwl this content.

Don't know what is wrong, I can only leech but not share - guess something wrong w/ udp.

Just change WRT54GL firmware to Tomato v1.21 reconfig the forwarding port but still uploading @ a crawling rate. Almost no connection to peers. I can leech from seeds, once I finish leeching it hard for me to seeds/upload to peers.
