Since your torrent is apparently dying you don't have a lot of time left to tinker with uTorrent. Try downloading another client. I suggest BitComet for times like this. It has a bad rep, but it is aggressive and has a semifunctional encryption that might just get by a block the university or IP has set up. Basically, it is very good for weak torrents like the one you have now.If you get flow from BitComet, limp back (BitComet puts a significant crimp on a computer while running) and tell us.
