If you can't upload you really shouldn't have tried to be a member of ratio-tracked sites. What kind of speeds do a speedtest register on your line? Do you ever upload? Is your ISP hostile to bittorrent traffic? What settings/guides have you looked at? What are your Ctrl-G settings? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
