rgfoley
I often use uTorrent when I'm connected to a proxy server at University. I've set up uTorrent so that it connects through the proxy server (which requires authentication) but I don't know how to set it up so that I can get full download speeds. Currently I'm lucky to get download speeds of over 0.5kB/s which needless to say is pretty much nothing. At the moment when I test to see if the port used for incoming connections is forwarded properly it says:Checking port 29359 on 139.80.123.34...Error! Port 29359 does not appear to be open.I've got a red icon with an exclamation mark in it down the bottom of the screen that says:Not connectableA firewall/router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open up a port so that others can connect to you.How do I resolve this problem?(If you hadn't guessed, I'm completely clueless with all this stuff!) Ultima
Proxies don't normally forward ports.
