The new RSS management is awful

Having the category list, which is pretty much useless, required to be open in order to do only 50% of RSS related functions (can't look at history or manually add favorites without clicking an item in a feed and editing it) is cumbersome. It's especially bad on smaller screens/resolution where space is at a premium (even more so with long file names). Either the RSS Downloader functions should be fully integrated into the category list things or (preferably) it should be reverted back to the old style which allowed for a simple interface without a whole bunch of clutter.

Until this is resolved, which was the last version of uTorrent with the old style of RSS downloader? Was it 1.7 or 1.6?

"Downloader functions should be fully integrated into the category list"??? It is. Or do you not see how you get all the same statistics on RSS downloads as local downloads, with the benefit that you DON'T need to press Ctrl-R each time to check load-time, etc?

The category list is quite useful. Make use of labels, it's an excellent organizational feature.

And you can still use Ctrl+R as a shortcut to get to the history and favorites more quickly. Plus, being able to look at RSS releases from within the listview is a lot better than the ugly, crappy interface used before for that purpose.

Reverting is not an option due to many remote exploits in older versions.
