Ultima
What router are you using? What modem? Using any firewall?
annzpo78
hello again, i'm was earlier using a mobile broadband HUAWEI e220. Am now wondering if the fact that i have a dynamic IP is causing trouble. is a static IP compulsory? But i managed to get it working with my land line 'broadband', followed your informative manual. but i only get a max of 10kB/s download rate. have disabled DHT, NATPMPmapping, port open and working. Maybe my network is slow? i am using aztech DSL605EW wireless router. Thanks again
Ultima
Indeed, mobile broadband can be a problem. With mobile connections, you don't normally get a real WAN IP address, so you're permanently behind the ISP's NAT/firewall (with, obviously, no way to control it).
