Not connected to internet explorer

the µTorrent 1.8.1 is working fine expect the fact that it can't connect to internet(for Port Test or a Serch for example). Internet explorer 7 working whitout any problems when it's not threw µTorrent so the problen isn't in the internet but in the µTorrent 1.8.1 itself(as i think).

I'm using µTorrent for a long time but this is the first time I'm facing such a problem. I tried to reinstal it but it won't help.

Why did you take a picture of a blank IE window? Have you gone through http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992

Most often the following steps allow you to have a base starting position before customizing settings further. Set Ctrl-G settings drastically low or follow http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=34259 as well as disabling DHT in the Preferences

I used the tcp.sys patch and my connection settings are as they should be in according to http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=34259 . I tried to disable the DHT but it still not working.

torrent itsel is working properly and there is no any problems with connection. the problem is to use the options that requires internet. it seems like µtorrent can't use the internet.

p.s the blank IE window is what happenning when i push the Port test button or any other button connected with internet.

Did you disable DHT, LPD, UPnP, NAT-PMP, and Resolve IPs in uTorrent?

ANY of those can be hard on marginal networking hardware...causing IE to not get internet access!
