Error: Access Denied

Hey guys. Since 1.4 iv'e been getting "Error: Access denied" For all my torrents. Public and Private I deleted everything in my appdata/uTorrent dir. still does it though. Seeding is fine, just new downloads. I'm using 1.3 for now. Everything is fine here.

Anyone esle having problems?

Well this sucks! I'm having the same problem. 1.3 -> good. 1.4 -> Access denied on all new torrents. Existing downloads and uploads are working just fine. I tried everything in the FAQ. I uninstalled the NVIDIA firewall and still nothing.

I rolled back to 1.3 and I'm running fine. So it goes.

Yeah no luck here either This is the most unstable final build I've used, She needs some tweaking. Tweak her xD

I have had this problem also, and it was google desktop's problem. all i did to fix it was exclude the drive where i downloaded my files to out of google desktop's indexing. and presto! all gone!

i hope this helps (plus it was in the faq's)

or if u have fast indexing enabled on your NTFS drive, u might want to disable it because that might also contribute to the problem.

I am only having this trouble when the file I am dl is a single zip file...everything else works just fiine. using 1.4 stable (build 402).

Also, Norton can cause this. Try turning off auto-protect. If your AV has an option to scan inside compressed files with the auto-protect option, turn it off.
