moogly
reload torrents and choose the right folder where are your (un)complete data.If data are in the same folder, use the auto-reload function (settings>directories).http://www.utorrent.com/migration_guide.php

DreadWingKnight
When you use set download location, it is looking for a different folder layer than the normal add torrent dialog is. Make sure to pick the correct layer.
sketzh
the files i am trying to load are not ".torrent" files, what do i do now?
DreadWingKnight
The .torrent files associated with your partial completes need to be re-downloaded from the sites you were downloading from if you did not back them up.
moogly
We have all explained. Find the .torrents files (in AppData folder or on tracker website if you didn't save this folder before reinstall) and reload them in uT, then follow steps in my previous post.
