Switeck Posted October 25, 2008 Report Share Posted October 25, 2008 Your settings in uTorrent may be glitching up your modem/router/computer.What Speed Guide (CTRL+G) settings are you using in uTorrent?What's the speed of your line both down and up?(Please spell out if you mean kilobits/second, KiloBYTES/second, megabits/second!A net.max_halfopen value in uTorrent's advanced settings greater than 8 can cause severe problems as well.
