Seeders question

Once a download has finished, am I counted as one of the seeders (as shown in the screen grab below)?

I ask because with the public torrents, I usually seed those that show < 100 seeders much longer then I do those with > 100 seeders.

For actively seeding torrents, YES. For queued torrents which you never started before, NO. For queued torrents cycling in the queue, probably. It has to do with whether the tracker scrape is being used for numbers or the actual numbers of your peer cache.
