Utorrent refreshed; how do I tell it some of the files are there?

So I just opened utorrent and it was like I had just installed it. Totally empty. I figured that since all the folders and info are still in their same folders I could just reopen the torrents from my computer and it'd go back. I opened them but it started loading them from the beginning. How do I make it do a 'check' or whatever to see that it's already downloaded a lot of the parts in files?

Stop all your torrents. Choose right location folder with your uncomplete date, force recheck.
