batman131 Posted October 26, 2008 Report Share Posted October 26, 2008 Ok, im downloading the Dragon Ball Z Series, and its only downloading at 10 kb/s and i did a speed test WHILE it was downloading and got 180kb/s, it has 20(67) seeds and 69(1697) peers. what gives?
