thelittlefire Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 http://utorrent.com/setup_gude.php and http://utorrent.com/guides.phpWhat Ctrl-G settings are you using? As you see from the setup guide it should be below your MAX upload. On the Speed tab, if you change it to UPLOAD only, and switch to 5 or 30 second intervals... does the upload stay at your limit (horizontal line)?
danonino2003 Posted October 26, 2008 Author Report Posted October 26, 2008 upload max - download max :S and dont work. when i try to use ip static and try the port, utorrent said Welcome to the µTorrent Port Checker.A test will be performed on your computer to check if the specified port is opened.Checking port 38937 on 190.31.35.3...Error! Port 38937 does not appear to be open. Please see www.portforward.com for more information about how to map a port. Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5). mi IP was 192.168.1.100 why appear 190.31.35.3?
moogly Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 Your ISP IP is 190.31.35.3 and this one of your gateway (router) is 192.168.1.100 (use it in web browser to enter in router setup page). So it's normal.
danonino2003 Posted October 26, 2008 Author Report Posted October 26, 2008 no mi gateway is 192.168.1.1 and mi IP is 192.168.1.100
moogly Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 No your ISP IP is 190.31.35.3 (argentina)http://private.dnsstuff.com/tools/ipall.ch?ip=190.31.35.3192.168.1.100 is your local IP of your computer seen by your gateway. In your port forwardwing rule created in your router, you may enter local IP.
Switeck Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 2nd link in my signature...you probably need 256 kilobits/second OR LOWER upload settings. If you haven't already, set outgoing encryption (under BitTorrent in preferences) to Enabled or FORCED.
danonino2003 Posted October 28, 2008 Author Report Posted October 28, 2008 moogly: No your ISP IP is 190.31.35.3 (argentina)http://private.dnsstuff.com/tools/ipall … 90.31.35.3192.168.1.100 is your local IP of your computer seen by your gateway. In your port forwardwing rule created in your router, you may enter local IP.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------well mi IP is dinamic because i have ADSL :S and i dont know how to change to static IP.i have mi conecction in this ordermodem---router---1computer ---2computer ---3computer
thelittlefire Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 You don't set your Internet IP to static. You set your computer IP to static, i.e. change it from Dynamic/DHCP in Windows. Then setup the rule in your router for THAT IP. (i.e. 192.168.1.201)
moogly Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 @danonino2003: I know your IP is dynamycal, 190.31.35.3 was just your IP as this time. Anyway that doesn't change the solution to create the rule in router setup.
danonino2003 Posted October 29, 2008 Author Report Posted October 29, 2008 thelittlefire, moogly and Switeck . People thank for all
