Recurring port forwarding problems..

Hey,

I keep getting the red '!' symbol at the bottom of Utorrent. I know this means something is preventing my port from being forwarded and restricting my download speeds. I have followed the portforward.com instructions to set up a static ip address to open a new port.

This works initally and i get the green tick. However after a while, possibly after downloading a new torrent, the dreaded red '!' comes back.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
