thelittlefire
Well, switch to the Speed tab, change to upload only. What is your upload limit? Does it "mountain" up and down creating a wave effect? Lower it to 40... watch the upload, does it continue? What you need is a consistent upload at the set limit... which will appear as a horizontal line.Btw, on a .5Mbit upload pipe you can't get over 55.. overhead. What are your current Speed Guide (Ctrl-G) settings? You can use Switeck's alternate numbers once you find your sustained upload. http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=34259
Switeck
If you allow 100's of connections at once, EACH connection even sitting idle burns download and upload bandwidth! So no wonder you're not getting much over 45 KB/sec upload!Other features of uTorrent burn at least small quantities of bandwidth...with DHT being the biggest "eater".You might have other programs on your computer that's also using bandwidth and cutting into your limit. Switeck
Do some internet searches for people on the same ISPs with the same problems...your issues are certainly unusual enough that I doubt many people have the same problem.
TheBenjamin
the problem is not the ISP for sure
Switeck
2nd link in my signature.Try setting outgoing encryption to enabled or FORCED as well. If that "helps" a lot, your ISP probably IS doing some BitTorrent disruption.
