I decided to format my computer today, and I want to use the port forwarding again for utorrent. I did the port forward correctly, but for some reason utorrent says it is not.Right when I did the port forwarding, the light went green on utorrent, then yellow a minute later, losing 500 kb/s. This makes no sense. I get 200 kb/s when my light is red, 50 kb/s when it is yellow, 600 kb/s green.My utorrent is acting wierd.I know I port forwarded correctly, and there is no firewall.What is slowing it down?
