HELP!!!! WHAT IS uTORRENT DOING???? ORANGE - GREEN - ORANGE - GREEN

Hi There

Now, Im a bit of a dummy when it comes to uTorrent but,

One minute my connection light is on ORANGE signalling a connection problem then it jumps to GREEN signalling my connection is working as it hould, I haven't got a clue what it's doing!

My download speed average is 84.5k per second

My upload average speed is 72.8k per second.

I do not upload any content onto the internet so can I therefore adjust my settings as I read posts of users getting download speeds of 200k per sec??

ANy help would be greatly appreciated :-( :-( :-(
