Ultima
You make sure you have everything set up properly, and then you be patient. BitTorrent doesn't guarantee speeds.

Ultima
Anything I say will simply be a reiteration of the guide, because the guide is already broken down step by step. Do tell exactly where it is that you're getting lost in the guide.

Ultima
What does the µTorrent port checker show regarding your port's open state?
LaRésistance
sometimes it show Ok sometimes it show Error when i test more than once (5-6 times in a row) it is switching between. also, i put DHCP on (ip adress changing i believe) to begin with address of 192.168.0.102 and to end with 192.168.0.102 so that it doesnt switch ports? Ultima
Well, you didn't follow the setup guide correctly. It specifically told you to select from the list your upload rate or lower -- that'd be xx/512k.Alternatively, you can use the settings recommended by Switeck in the link he provided -- use the settings for xx/512k in his table. LaRésistance
thanks its better but its still under 50 KB/S, why was it around 500KB/s until it scewed up when i opened Firefox to search fer other torrents?
Firon
Torrent speeds are highly variable. There's no guarantee you'll get 500 kbyte/s or just 2.
LaRésistance
yes i know but thing is as soon as Firefox opened it took 5 seconds for the download speed to go from 500-50 KB/S
