sarbear Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 i'm on a private tracker, and even when i am the only seeder (for files that i upload) with lots of leechers, my upload speed maxes out at about 30 kbps.i have fast-access dsl ultra through at&t, which is 1.5 Mbps/256 Kbps max down/up.Is this normal?
