Speed slow when PC active

Hello, i have a laptop with vista, i set it so the monitor shuts down 2 minutes of inactivity, but i have a problem, but when ever i move the mouse to use the pc or see how are my downloads my speeds come from 111kbps to a max of 10 kbps, when the monitor turns off (or a little later) the speeds goes up again.

any idea why this happens

Are you using a mouse or the mouse-pad?

(who knows, it might matter.. I'd be surprised though, it's probably something else)

Are you sure the dyndns client isn't intercepting packets? You're also using an old uT. I don't see anything else which stands out except your spanish IME

it did that already before i installed the dyndns client, i will try the update hope it fixes, will come back to inform

Edit: Problem Fixed, with update, but now my port is on red (not green like before) and my speeds are sadly slow... y disabled te firewall and im behind no router (directly to modem)
