That depends entirely on the upload speed of your connection, which we do not know.

Do a Speed Test (uTorrent, Speed Guide CTRL+G) with all torrents stopped/paused.

Run a speedtest http://speedtest.net

Whatever your UPLOAD limit is use the CLOSEST WITHOUT GOING OVER number from Switeck's chart.

As the chart explains in the legend below, red options are not currently even available in the speed guide (Ctrl-G)

Waiting for your speedtest values still. Generally though if you're on DSL start with xx/128 , and for cable xx/256 should work. Further testing is needed for time/day variability. And if your ISP likes to shape or throttle your connection for bandwidth quotas.
