Cannot Connect To Any Seeds???? Please Help!!

i had utorrent for 3 years now and i never had a problem. but suddenly, the torrents stopped seeding, even though there were 100 seeds availble. right now i have utorent 1.8.1 and it just doesnt seem to connect and download files...my interest is working fine and im pretty sure my firewal is not blocking it...can some please help me
