Unable to Forward Port

I am newbie at torrent filesharing.

Have loaded up utorrent 1.81 and followed all instructions I can find.

My Internet connection is through a home Linksys Broadband router WRT54G to an SDSL modem supplied by ISP.

I am in Saudi Arabia.

I suspect my ISP is blocking the port forwarding.

I have tried a range of various Port selections.

My PC Fixed IP is 192.168.1.100 to the Linksys router. (from ipConfig)

The IP assigned to my router by ISP is 192.168.35.24 (from Linksys status)

When I use the uTorrent port checker i see it sees 213.184.161.128

I have tried a variety of different port numbers from 00000 to 99999

Is there anything else I can do or am I locked out??

Any suggestions?

Double-nat.

You're probably stuck if you can't configure the second layer.
