kalithegreat Posted November 8, 2008 Report Share Posted November 8, 2008 the subject may not be so appropriate, since there are a lot of posts here that cover the same topic.the problem is a little differentnot so long ago i existentially force ended svconst.exe process.since my default gateway is offline (i have no idea how i am able to sometimes connect to the msn servise but i dont really think about it)anyway utorrent displays files as being downloaded but there is no change in the downloaded amount. like it thinks its downloading but its not...so i decided to start downloading from my other PC with vista, but all the files i have previously been downloading now cannot be altered.meaning that the files i have not downloaded completely on my first PC can be accessed but are read only (even tough i have dissabled the read only in explorer)anyone know how to fix the problem?
